Workplace psychological abuse ruins lives. We suffer so many losses when bosses put their personal agendas above organizational agendas: self-worth, connectedness, social support, safety, health, jobs, homes, relationships, sense of purpose, and even our lives.

Like any other form of abuse, psychological abuse should NOT be allowed in the workplace. Avoiding corporate liability over upholding human well-being must be stopped.

We’re looking to go bold with a billboard in Oregon so we can create enough noise to help workers know they’re not the problem and to fight for the legal protections they deserve to prevent toxic behavior at work in the first place.
